The Paradiso Collection

Inspired by the passion and spiritual revelation of Dante's work, Angie Olami journeys back to 13th century Italy to fashion The Paradisco Collection. Her jewelry designs evoke the Florence of Dante and his beloved Beatrice by incorporating motifs from Medieval art and architecture: details from the marble Duomo, and the transcendent cathedral windows of Orsanmichele, and Santa Maria Novella; and the splendid paintings of Giotto and Duccio. These elements are combined with gemstones and pearls, typically worn in the Middle Ages, as well as the ethereal palette of ancient Roman glass. Olami then enhances her designs with magical lines from the master poet himself to complete The Paradiso Collection.
